Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in life science discipline
6-10 years manufacturing or R&D experience
Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
Experience with Quality by Design and risk management
Operational knowledge of manufacturing unit operations
Nice-to-have
Experience in pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing
Global manufacturing network collaboration experience
Talent management and succession planning skills
