The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of a Strategic Workforce Planning framework and organizational design, collaborating with key stakeholders to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the future workforce strategy, ensuring the organization is equipped to respond effectively to market changes and achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities include providing specialist advice to senior leaders, driving the end-to-end SWP process, and developing policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Key Requirements
Significant experience in designing, developing and implementing strategic workforce and transformation programs

Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in People / Human Resources or a related field
