Job Summary
This role will operate with the autonomy and ownership of an early-stage team member within a growth-stage startup, developing a deep understanding of our business and serving as a force multiplier across our highest-priority initiatives.
You will own historical performance reporting for institutional partners, lead first-touch analysis on complex diligence requests, and build transaction execution and portfolio reporting processes from the ground up.
You will bridge gaps between the Corporate Finance team and Groundfloor's business units, serve as an internal lead on the digital transformation of our lending data and FP&A tech stack, and own counterparty and asset diligence for new investment product partnerships.
