Job Summary

  • The MGH Collaborative Care & Community Engagement Program (CCCEP) is recruiting a part-time Community Health Navigator to support a research project for persons with serious mental illness and cancer.
  • The Community Health Navigator will engage patients, build relationships with community clinicians, navigate patients to appointments, and collaborate with care teams to decrease barriers to timely cancer and mental health care.
  • This role requires knowledge of mental health and basic clinical concepts including cancer care, with close supervision by the social work and psychiatry team.
