Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced financial services company
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and manage multiple priorities
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
