  • Provide Maintenance and Engineering functional leadership for High and Low Voltage Electrical Assets to Alcoa's North American Operation’s Smelters, Ports and Carbon Plant.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) technical support for Alcoa’s Electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal asset availability to support continuous operations.
  • Build relationships that deliver the support and engagement of plant Electrical teams in executing Maintenance and Engineering objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Electrical Engineering
  • Min 10 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer
  • Min 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Engineering Leadership role
  • High Voltage experience
  • Smelting engineering experience
  • English / French language skills
