Job Summary
You will ensure the commercial development of the after-sales activity of the site, as well as the achievement of annual objectives (volume of hours, turnover of parts, profitability level, customer satisfaction).
You manage the after-sales team composed of 28 people and rely on the expertise of 3 team leaders (mechanics, bodywork, spare parts) and a service receptionist to ensure customer satisfaction.
