This role includes managing dietary staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The position requires maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment while ensuring ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Must maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
