Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, MEP Engineering, or Architecture
  • At least 5 years Construction Project Management experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Aviation
  • Minimum 3 years managing MEP retrofits or renovations
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 3+ years managing capital budgets and SRM programs
  • Ability to travel 30-40%
