  • Experience with persons with psychiatric disabilities
  • Qualified Mental Health Staff designation
  • Knowledge of Medicaid billing regulations
  • Ability to supervise residential counselors

  • Prior supervisory experience in mental health
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or social work
  • Experience with medication management oversight
  • Strong coaching and performance evaluation skills

Key Requirements

  • One year experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in human service or mental health discipline OR 5 years qualifying experience
  • Designation as Qualified Mental Health Staff (QMHS)
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record and auto insurance
  • Licensed Social Worker certification preferred
