The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to policies regarding protected health information and unauthorized access attempts.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and reporting all incidents or changes in resident status immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Demonstrate ability to handle emergency evacuations
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
