Act as the key client contact throughout the client onboarding process to ensure seamless transition from Sales to BAU.
Coordinate client adoptions, account openings, review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system set ups, and project planning.
Develop processes, procedures, and checklists for the wider team, ensure that there is a good governance model in place across the team.
