  • Responsibilities include market and rent positioning, leasing strategy optimization, competitor market tracking, negotiation management, market promotion, intermediary channel communication, tenant fit-out management, budget formulation, P&L review, daily operations supervision, government liaison, property operations management, and outsourced company management.
