Key Requirements
7+ years experience in EHS roles
Demonstrated ability to build or scale a safety program
Strong technical understanding of OSHA regulations
Experience with high-voltage electrical safety (NFPA 70E)
Working knowledge of lithium-ion battery safety
Experience supporting energy storage systems
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
