Job Summary
The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving University Housing–managed properties.
The Technician monitors, operate, and maintains HVAC control systems, including Johnson Controls systems, and demonstrates competent, working knowledge of the Metasys Building Automation System (BAS) to support efficient system operation, energy management, and occupant comfort.
