  • CMMS system proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift 80 lbs and climb ladders

Nice-to-have

  • Building Automation System experience
  • EPA Universal License
  • Preventative HVAC maintenance experience
  • Ability to perform general handyman tasks
  • On-call availability

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS (Maximo)
  • EPA Universal License preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
