Responsible for equipment inventory, maintaining a clean back of the house, and completing all paperwork and closing duties.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
One year's experience as BOH operations
Food Handler's and Alcohol Awareness Certificate preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Daily lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
Knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
