Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years supervisory experience in 5-star hotel
Fluency in Cantonese Mandarin and English
Knowledge of Front Desk F&B Housekeeping operations
Ability to work flexible overnight shifts
Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with Executive Floors
Senior Butler background
Proven ability to up-sell products
Exceptional rapport building with VIPs
Team coaching and development skills
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent professional hotel training
2 years working experience in a Supervisory role
Senior Butler or Executive Floors experience preferred
Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
