Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, program management, organizational effectiveness, or business operations
  • Consulting background (internal or external) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, organizational design, compensation & benefits, and change management principles
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders
  • Proficiency with program and project management tools
  • Experience in transformation, restructuring, or high-growth environments
