Job Summary

  • This role is focused on sustainment and business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of critical applications in a 24/7 support environment.
  • You will provide advanced operational support, help shape engineering best practice, mentor junior team members, and act as a key technical escalation point.
  • Accrue up to an extra 12 days of leave per year through our Life Days program and work with world leading technology business at the forefront of innovation.

Key Requirements

  • ITIL v4 Foundation or practical experience

  • NV-1 security clearance
