Job Summary

• Responsible for managing the coordination, documentation and closing of commercial real estate loan investments throughout the US that meet the company’s documentation and due diligence standards.
• Review title insurance commitments and exceptions to assure the loan is in first lien position and not subject to hidden defects or monetary encumbrances that may impact the security for the loan.
• Execute funding process including the finalization and transmittal of final loan documents, calculation of funding wire, communication with escrow, system inputs, file organization, verification of document execution and wiring procedures.
