  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers managing all communication from RFQ receipt through aftersales support.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
