Must-have
clinical nursing experience in seniors care
coordination of nursing department operations
delivery of staff training and education
medication management audit participation
RAI-MDS coding and care plan completion
Nice-to-have
supervisory skills in unionized environment
inter-RAI system usage experience
knowledge of MOHLTC Act regulations
attendant service delivery support experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience in seniors care
Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
