Job Summary
This role provides technical support and first step communication to FRMC/Tech in relation to AI agents used or to be created and used in the Finance Risk management and controls environment.
Builds and deploys machine learning and Gen AI solutions for FRMC user requirements, and develops small, easy and fast changes, automation of maintenance tasks, data pipelines, agents, interfaces.
Partners with the Business Product Owner to ensure a closed-loop learning system, where user feedback, agent performance metrics, and production outcomes are systematically incorporated to improve prompt effectiveness and accuracy.
