  • Lead critical analyses of complex problems involving internal and external audits, and manage demands from various departments and external bodies, while driving process control strategies and implementing improvements.
  • Structure internal audits and simulations based on norms and systems, considering all phases from planning to follow-up of non-conformities, and provide specialized technical support for reports and responses to institutional demands.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the area
  • Higher education degree in Nursing
  • Post-graduation in Occupational Nursing (>360 hours) with additional training in auditing, management, compliance, occupational health, and mental health
  • Higher education degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, IT Analysis, or IT Administrator (or related fields validated by management)
  • Post-Graduation (>360 hours) in Auditing, Compliance, Controlling, or related areas (validated by management)
