  • As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and service to our customers, performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
  • You will be mainly accountable for maintaining quality control hardware and software, answering customer questions, resolving service-related issues, and dealing directly with plant personnel and vendors.
  • The role involves on-call emergency support, playing an active role in projects, coordinating work with other groups, leading HSE activities, and coaching technicians and engineers.
