The Director of Business Development, Eastern Region, leads and develops a team of regional sales managers responsible for driving new business acquisition and profitable network growth.
This role owns the full new‑agent sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation, onboarding, and transition to account management—ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue and profitability objectives.
