Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years hands-on experience designing electrical harnessing
• Experience working with harness manufacturers
• Own end-to-end of the electrical wiring and interconnect system
• Ensure design meets system-level electrical requirements
• Perform electrical trade studies
• Analyze and mitigate electrical risks
• Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces
• Familiar with applicable harness standards and MIL-STD requirements
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Eligible to receive a US Security Clearance
