Base: $104,200.00 - $130,200.00; Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligible; Benefits: Healthcare, 401k, Paid Time Off, and wellbeing programs

Must-have
5+ years marketing or brand management experience
Strong business acumen with data and storytelling
Experience forecasting and P&L management
Ability to lead cross-functional commercialization teams
Track record of driving share volume and revenue
Nice-to-have
Bias for action and clear communication style
Experience coaching junior team members
Knowledge of ecommerce channel execution
Familiarity with packaging and quality improvements
