Job Summary

  • Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences, determining the origin of system malfunctions and collaborating with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems.
  • Installs, operates, tests, and maintains Human Resources information systems, managing system resources including capacity, availability, security, and recovery in conjunction with MHS IT.
  • Collaborates or serves as a lead on projects to support the overall HR strategy, managing a team to include hiring, performance management, coaching, development, and training of all staff.
