Job Summary
Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences, determining the origin of system malfunctions and collaborating with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems.
Installs, operates, tests, and maintains Human Resources information systems, managing system resources including capacity, availability, security, and recovery in conjunction with MHS IT.
Collaborates or serves as a lead on projects to support the overall HR strategy, managing a team to include hiring, performance management, coaching, development, and training of all staff.
