  • Work closely with HR leadership to develop and deliver standardized P&R and People reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting for HR, leadership, and the Board.
  • Prepare data submissions for salary surveys and benchmark positions using survey providers, and support the annual performance review cycle.
