Salary
Base: $76,700.00 - $128,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus as part of total compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, HSA, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years construction procurement experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Ability to read construction plans and specifications
Experience with public construction operations and pricing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerBI
Nice-to-have
Job Order Contracting or IDIQ experience preferred
Background in construction documentation and administration
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Client-obsessed mindset with excellent communication skills
