Provide expert planning guidance to project teams for EP and EPC projects, aligning timelines, deliverables, and resource planning with business and client expectations.
Lead planning activities, monitor progress, develop detailed schedules, track site execution, and prepare Extension of Time claims.
Oversee planning activities within SAP and other digital platforms, prepare key planning reports, and support reviews with actionable insights.
