Job Summary
The LATAM Sales Enablement Manager will localize Assurant’s global sales enablement approach and own the creation and activation of regional content that resonates with Latin American markets.
This role will capture country-level insights, shape localized storytelling and work directly with regional and in-country sales and marketing teams to ensure that Assurant’s voice feels relevant, timely, and human.
The role supports regional coordination and execution of sales content and materials, including support for multi-country RFPs, regional initiatives, campaigns and key industry events across LATAM.
