Job Summary

  • The LATAM Sales Enablement Manager will localize Assurant’s global sales enablement approach and own the creation and activation of regional content that resonates with Latin American markets.
  • This role will capture country-level insights, shape localized storytelling and work directly with regional and in-country sales and marketing teams to ensure that Assurant’s voice feels relevant, timely, and human.
  • The role supports regional coordination and execution of sales content and materials, including support for multi-country RFPs, regional initiatives, campaigns and key industry events across LATAM.
