  • As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction process, supporting the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects through detailed, accurate cost estimates and clear scope definition.
  • You’ll conduct site assessments, interpret architectural and MEP drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical precision and practical field insight to support smart, informed decision-making from concept to contract.
