Montage Health is seeking a per diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide patient care in their Post Acute Services department. The role requires collaboration with a care team, excellent organizational skills, and a California LVN license
Job Summary
Under the leadership of the Post Acute Services department director, assistant director, Nurse Manager and Clinical Supervisors, the LVN performs patient care within the scope of the Vocational Nurse Practice Act.
The LVN provides patient care to policies and procedures of CHOMP, Westland House, Inpatient Rehab Unit and Hospice of the Central Coast as applicable.
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and good critical thinking skills are important dimensions of this position.
