Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, greeting and welcoming them to the hotel and pleasantly escorting them to and from their room.
  • Maintain full knowledge of Mohegan Sun property and events in addition to local area attractions and replays this information to our guests during the check-in/rooming process.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend or sit for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
