Integer is seeking a temporary Finance Manager for its Tijuana location, responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and collaboration with senior management. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting, experience with financial systems, and strong analytical skills

Job Summary

  • Leads the preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting packages which is reviewed with Functional Management and/or Executive Leadership team.
  • Provides financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support to Senior Management, with frequent interactions with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Provides leadership to Associates in all areas including: hiring, performance management and objective setting, coaching, counseling and corrective actions.
