The role supports and ensures smooth 24x7 running of in-country data centre operations, acting as a Level 1 escalation point and implementing ITIL-compliant processes.
We provide one-time relocation assistance to support your smooth transition to an area near the work location, subject to approval and company guidelines.

Key Requirements
At least 1 year relevant DC or facility operations experience
Relevant qualifications in building services or mechanical engineering
Knowledge of Network Critical Infrastructure
Facilities management or data centre certifications (ITIL, PMP, Uptime Institute, TIA-942)
Familiarity with ISO and Uptime Institute standards
