Job Summary

  • Coordinate the end to end implementation of Flare Benefits solutions for clients and their employees, acting as the main point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technology, and Support to design, configure, test, and launch solutions that meet client needs, keeping projects on track and communicating progress.
  • Translate client requirements into implementation designs aligned with Flare’s product and operating model, while maintaining accurate records and capturing lessons learned to improve playbooks and templates.
