Job Summary
Coordinate the end to end implementation of Flare Benefits solutions for clients and their employees, acting as the main point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technology, and Support to design, configure, test, and launch solutions that meet client needs, keeping projects on track and communicating progress.
Translate client requirements into implementation designs aligned with Flare’s product and operating model, while maintaining accurate records and capturing lessons learned to improve playbooks and templates.
