The Shift Leader supervises shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability.
Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
This is complex and challenging work – but let’s face it – it’s also pizza!

Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required)
Ability to successfully perform job duties of all positions
