Job Summary
As a Customer Service Technician, you will be the direct contact and partner for our end customers for industrial steam and hot water generation.
Your main tasks include commissioning and optimizing large-scale systems after installation, providing breakdown service, and advising customers on energy efficiency and system availability.
You will actively support the technological transition from fossil fuel firing to CO2-neutral, electric large boilers and work closely with development and manufacturing teams.
