Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or significant industry experience
At least 10 years' experience in contracting
Experience working with KiwiRail
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Proven experience in pricing, tendering and winning work
Understanding of government and local government procurement processes
Strong leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of New Zealand health and safety and environmental standards
Strong commercial and budget management skills
Understanding of profit and loss reporting and work in progress accounting
