Job Summary

  • This role will successfully provide exceptional customer service duties in the service center, as well as support to other members of Old Dominion in a fast-paced high call volume environment.
  • Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails, giving rate quotes, sales bids, shipment status, and assisting customers with Bills of Lading.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
