Must-have
10+ years employee benefits taxation experience
Deep expertise in Sections 409A, 83(b), and 457
Experience leading a tax group or senior technical role
Strong understanding of ERISA and payroll tax reporting
Ability to convey complex tax rules to non-technical audiences
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Section 280G and 162(m) regulations
Master's degree in a related field
Business development capability
Experience with corporate transaction due diligence
Culture of innovation and collaboration
Key Requirements
CPA, JD, or LL.M. in Taxation required
