The Business Operations Manager is responsible for cross-functional management and administration of resources for the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, including finance, processes, operations, human capital, research facilities, systems, and communications.
This role manages related day-to-day business operations and is responsible for identifying opportunities for organizational improvement, providing expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement.
The Manager will partner with the Director of Business Operations to provide and develop leadership, strategic planning, and team building to create a high-performing team and work culture to best leverage staff competencies that will promote long term goal setting and accountability.
