PowerShell scripting and automation
Monitoring infrastructure health and performance
ITSM ticket resolution (FreshService)

Microsoft Azure services familiarity
Microsoft 365 administration basics
AEC industry knowledge
Project/task tracking tools (Asana)
Key Requirements
3-5+ years of systems administration experience
Strong Windows Server patching experience
Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions
Experience supporting enterprise file services
Exposure to endpoint management tools
Basic PowerShell scripting
Experience with monitoring tools
Proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal English
Ability to support US business hours and after-hours coverage
