Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product and gaming knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty.
This position supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and is eligible for incentive programs, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and employee discount.

Key Requirements
