  • The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on HR leader responsible for driving a strong employee experience, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture, and ensuring HR practices align with RLS business objectives.
  • This role will support approximately 80 employees globally, with the majority based in Hazelwood, MO, and a small population of team members located internationally (UK, Europe, Japan, and Australia).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies, and support international employee HR needs in partnership with global resources and local compliance requirements.

Key Requirements
