The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on HR leader responsible for driving a strong employee experience, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture, and ensuring HR practices align with RLS business objectives.
This role will support approximately 80 employees globally, with the majority based in Hazelwood, MO, and a small population of team members located internationally (UK, Europe, Japan, and Australia).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies, and support international employee HR needs in partnership with global resources and local compliance requirements.
