Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
Works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff and assists with employee appraisals and resolving problems.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety.
